Easter DofE expeditions
The Easter break saw four Duke of Edinburgh expeditions take place throughout the country; one to the Elan Valley in Wales, two to Dartmoor and one to the New Forest. In total sixty-seven students took part in all three levels of the award and they were ably supported by seventeen different members of staff. The weather was sometimes cold and wet and at others warm and sunny but it was always boggy underfoot! All participants performed well and kept their sense of humour whatever the weather!
