A German Weihnachten!

On Friday evening, thirty-three First and Second Year pupils travelled to Aachen in Germany to get a taste of German Christmas.  After a warm welcome at breakfast at the Café van den Daele, they acquainted themselves with the town with the help of a Stadtrallye tour, before heading off to the Christmas market for lunch and shopping!  The group had some downtime in the beautiful Aachen cathedral and then bought some final presents before visiting the Lindt chocolate outlet.  All tired, they made the journey home, arriving back in the early hours of Sunday having had a fantastic time.  Thank you to Mrs Lupton, Miss Enfield, Miss Pastor and Mr Twum-Barima for their company and help.
